Venus Envy can add green tones to virgin, unbleached hair up to around level 4, but for a stronger and more vibrant result, Manic Panic recommends lightening the hair to a light level 8 blonde. The Classic High Voltage formula is a conditioning, semi-permanent colour that requires no peroxide or developer and comes in a resealable 118ml tub.
