For the brightest colour and strongest UV effect, Manic Panic recommends applying Pretty Flamingo to pre-lightened level 9–10 blonde hair, with level 10 giving the best results. The Classic High Voltage formula is semi-permanent, ready to apply with no developer required, and gradually fades over approximately 4–6 weeks, depending on your hair’s starting colour, condition, porosity and aftercare. 🩷⚡ Always carry out a patch test 24–48 hours before use and follow the instructions supplied with the product.
