RETURNS
Our store sells two categories of products, "ready to ship" and "made to order". The products category will be stated in each products description. Please refer to the applicable return policy below.
"MADE TO ORDER" RETURN POLICY
As made to order items are literally made especially for you when you place your order, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns. However if you wish to return the item due to a manufacturing defect then our "ready to ship return policy" will apply.
"READY TO SHIP" RETURN POLICY
If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return your order within 28 days after receiving your order (14 days to inform us that you wish to return, and a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us).
Please allow 3-4 days processing time after we receive your item(s). Once processed, the items will be inspected and accepted if they meet our conditions listed below. If the return was due to an error on our behalf (for example, you received a product you didn't order), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs in relation to the return. If the return is not due to an error of ours (for example you ordered the item and then changed your mind), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs. Please note that it can take 3-5 business days for the refund payment to show on your account after the refund has been processed.
HOW TO ENSURE YOUR RETURN IS IN RETURNABLE CONDITION:
- For hygiene reasons all items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged and brand new with all original packaging or we will not accept it back. This includes but is not limited to visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, etc.
- For hygiene reasons, cosmetics such as face jewels and body art may only be returned to us if its packaging has been unopened.
- Shipping fees will not be reimbursed if the return is denied.
SHOES
Please avoid scuffing or scratching your shoes by trying the shoes on carpet. The shoe bag/box must be returned undamaged with the shoes inside.
CLOTHING
- Please try on over underwear for hygiene reasons.
- Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are non-returnable.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received an approved refund yet, first please double check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@wonkiwear.com.
EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange ready to ship items for a different size or colour, but please note the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. We will send out the exchange once we have received the original item back.
SHIPPING OF RETURNS
To return your product, you should email us at admin@wonkiwear.com for return details.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our behalf. In all other cases, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so this is advisable.
