Refund policy
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and a further 14 days to return the item to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The return postage costs are the customers responsibility. You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so this is advisable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, adhesive jewels, temporary tattoos). Earrings and body jewellery. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, usually within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@wonkiwear.com.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received an approved refund yet, first please double check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@wonkiwear.com.
HOW TO ENSURE YOUR RETURN IS IN RETURNABLE CONDITION:
- For hygiene reasons all items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged and brand new with all original packaging and tags still attached or we will not accept it back. This includes but is not limited to visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, etc.
- Shipping fees will not be reimbursed if the return is denied.
SHOES
Please avoid scuffing or scratching your shoes by trying the shoes on carpet. The shoe bag/box must be returned undamaged with the shoes inside.
CLOTHING
- Please try on over underwear for hygiene reasons.
- Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are non-returnable.
